Solved Installing .DWG Viewer

I'm trying to install Autodesk DWG Viewer. It says I need to have Microsoft.NET Framework 4 installed. I did this but it doesn't recognize it is installed. How do I get past this?

Hm, I havent used the newest autodesk viewer.. I like DWGSee better.

Might give that a try.
