Solved Internet Explorer 9

Open Contrl Panel, look for "Security Centre" icon......drag and drop on desktop. done.

Thanks...I figured it out...was trying to drag it from list of programs (orb) but wasn't working. Forgot about the Control Panel method, but did a Google search....
