I work in a call center and do PC calls, but people call about IPOD all the time. Is there a way I can learn about how to use an IPOD without actually having to buy one or do I really need to buy an IPOD and start using Itunes? LOL
I don't even know how to use a danged IPOD. Before I started this job I saw no need for them.. Am I actually going to go out and buy an Apple product?
I need to learn about it for my job, I upgraded to Windows Seven for my job because the only real way of learning about a product is to use it - IPOD is in the scope of support and I can't just tell the caller to call back and select another queue.. That'd get me fired.
What are the pros of having an IPOD?
