Is SP3 out? (Plus, an error)

This game, Moonbase Alpha requires SP3 to play. Here are minimum requirements, my specs and what my problem is:

It looks like your graphics is not up to scratch.
You need 2GB of system ram:
You have 2GB of shared system ram. Display ram is 286mb, this is taken from the total ram.

Vista is only at SP2 at the moment. However, SP3 has been released for XP, and it is this that is being referred to. In other words, should you want to run the game on XP, you will need SP3 to be installed.

However, having had a look at your specs, it would seem that your system doesn't meet the requirements as regards graphics, as Roy has also pointed out above.
