Thanks to the incredible information on this forum I was able to help a friend with their Vista home prem. issue of a working net connection not working anymore. The tutorials are very well written, even I could understand them! The information was to the point and exactly what I needed! I personally don't run anything Vista, but I tinker with computers and wanted to help my friend and your site made that possible. Thanks very much!

And, just a suggestion.....read as many of the issues/solutions that others have had or asked about as you can, or feel like. It's kinda surprising how much you can learn just from reading through some of the topics and solutions.
That's the main reason I come here. There's a lot I have learned that I wouldn't have otherwise known without seeing peoples issues.

I know I sound like a broken record when I say this stuff here and there, but it really is helpful if you happen to run into a problem that you've read about already. this place rocks and the people are all great from what I've seen. TONS of useful info around here. :D
