My "letter B" key isn't working. Want to use the key that sits etween ALT and CONTROL on the right hand side for that. Can I and how????? My Computer

Start > Control Panel (Classic View) > Regional and Language options
Keyboards and Languages tab > Change Keyboards button
Text Services and Input Languages > General tab click the Add button
