keyboard playing up

i have a dellispirion laptop and the keypad is typing out strange things example....if i press q i get q' if i press w i get i get a sreen with 4 boxes reading computer only,duplicate extend,project only..pressing k i get k1=x1 and so on and so on..please help

It the problem just started, try going back with a system restore.

If changing language does not work. Make a full anti virus scan. Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes
Change the display language

Well then probably your keyboard is defective or needs a cleaning.
