Hi i have windows vista home premium 32bit 1gb hard drive. I get un error code ox800106ba 4 windows defender stopped and has to run program manually how do i do that and also will that have an affect on my keyboard as well???

My service tec i spoke to told my to do a "clean installation" of windows vista and tht would sold the problem i am having but it didn't solve any problems
