Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version

yup. v7553 is WHQL for Windows from Vista to 10. and here are the direct links to the 32bit & 64bit downloads (for those who can't correctly access the MS Update Catalog site).
because the driver files are in the CAB file, extract all the files inside and follow this guide on how to install drivers through Device Manager. For installing new Realtek audio drivers, they require a reboot for them to take effect after installation.
