Mail Merge using Windows Mail

I have Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista basic. I am able to use Excel and Word to create an e-mail and connect the e-mail address list, but I am unable to actually send the e-mails from Word. I have done it from another computer that had Outlook, but I do not have Outlook.

Can I send through Word using Windows Mail?
