Hello
I have a computer that is only 14 months old with Vista Home premium as the OS system. I am having a problem getting my computer working yesterday when i came to use the internet on my comp i kept getting not responding for firefox and on internet explorer so I tried the method of switching off and on to start again. When i did this the computer would not restart and kept going to a fix your computer screen from microsoft (i believe) and everytime it ran it said OS boot missing and eventually the computer would not even get to this stage it just kept saying master boot missing press ctrl alt del to resart and it kept saying this no matter how many times I tried. I have now tried recovory which resets the comp to factory settings but this has been at 8% for about 15 hours. Any ideas?
