Microsoft Installer Error

I was trying to install something from Microsoft Office 2003 and got the message that it can't access the microsoft installer. I have done an update check and nothing. I have tried to repair and remove Microsoft Office 2003 throught control panel it will not let me. What else can I do. I need my program to work.

can you go into device manager (type mevice manager in search) and go to the windows logs>application tab. there will be errors (red 'x' in left column) find the ones relating to thr failed install.

Using the built in snipping tool (snip in search) take a screenshot of the error and upload it to us

to upload look for the paperclip icon in the reply and click it.
