Solved Mouse issues

I cannot click anything on my desktop. I can right click then click run but left click isn't working. Left click also doesn't work when exploring folders, I have to right click then click explore. I can use left click when I browse the internet and when I am gaming.
Why is left click disabled?

I would try the following solutions
Use different mouse...
Use current mouse on different computer to test
Make sure all drivers are up to date and working in the device manager
Change the Click speed... does not work
Use different USB port.... does not work
Uninstall and reinstall mouse driver.... does not work
Change batteries if applicable
Reverse left click and right click in control panel and test>then switch back
Try a system restore

I tried a system restore and it seems to still be the same.
I reversed the mouse clicks and I still wasn't able to click.
I uninstall ed the mouse driver and I restarted my computer but it still was the same.
My Click speed is the maximum.
I tested my mouse on another computer and it seems to work fine.
I have tried 3 different mouses and they all don't work.

OK then its not the mouse
Open another user account and try the mouse there.

Did you go back to before the problem with system restore? Are you sure?

I was positive that I had restored it back to the time before the error had appeared

If you did that try this
Open another user account and try mouse there.
Run a full antivirus scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.
Try an SFC

Run 3 times if errors are found
Try a clean boot to diagnose and possibly fix the problem.

Try in safe mode to help us diagnose

If all else fails try a repair install.

Try the restore again to be sure and go back far enough

Funny thing.
I had logged in to the guest account and it works.
But I still want to fix my admin account.

If it works with a different user account, your Administrator user profile may have become corrupt. To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.
