I have windows Vista and every time i start it 3 messeges show up saying 1.CLMLSvc.exe 2.TSMAgent.exe 3.DVDAgent.exe has stoped working Missing msvcp71.dll if anyone knows how to fix it please reply thanks.

Do you use a registry cleaner? these may be missing/malfunctioning do to Registry corruption of programs/Windows.

clmlsvc.exe is a part of HP PowerCinema
TSMAgent.exe is part of HP PowerCinema
DVDAgent.exe is part of HP PowerCinema

msvcp71.dll is a module belonging to the Microsoft C Runtime Library

Solutions:
Reinstall PowerCinema off HP accessories disk (If you do not want the program, reinstall it, then remove it from Add/Remove programs)
Download and reinstall msvcp71.dll :Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
Scan for and fix (if possible) Windows Integrity Violations:
