I have a Compaq Presario F700 with Vista Home Premium 32bit. Yesterday the windows explorer do not reponds and i have to restarted it. When I do it, My speaker doesnt reconize by the comp, not appear in the device manager. I reboot the comp and nothing, then i have some other problems, Windows live messenger doesnt open, the avira antivirus doesnt update, i cannot see the device manager list,i cannot change my power options and the windows explorer takes to much time to open. Then I though that it was a malware, and try to run Malwarebytes it get frozen when a try to eliminate the treads, but i run it again and remove the treads but nothing happens. I use firefox and the vista theme is diferent from the other windows that have vista aero theme , i go to the theme list and vista aero dissapear from the list. My comp stills the same, with all the problems that have. I hope somebody could help and sorry for my english.

Sound like a virus or malware

If you can run an anti virus scan and try again to run malwarebytes.

If not possible try to run antivirus in safe mode.

Restart your computer and before it loads tap F8. Go to safe mode and do a Malwarebytes scan. Post your results back here for us to look at

Malwarebytes in safe mode doesnt work still with the same problems, system restore either

If errors are found, run several times.

How can i find corrupted files in CBS? And how i fix them

The suggested way is to run sfc several times if errors are found. If they are not repaired, usually a repair install is done.

i dont know but i insert a audio cd of 700mb and it says 0bytes of 0 and the cd was brand new

You still didn't say what they were, Were they Trojans, Keyloggers,what were they?
run the system file checker to see if it can repair the damaged files.
sfc /scannow run it as an administrator if faults are found run it again

They were trjonas and worms, and already run the sfc scan twice, have the same problem

I was doing some research about my problem, i think is a problem with the plug and play service, i found out that is in starting state never starts completely. How i can find the problem?
