My friend downoaded an old Roxio and now cmputer wont work help!

HI, my friend who has Vista Basic 32 Bit on her Dell Desktop downloaded an old Roxio software now her computer wont boot up. Instead it go's straight into the bio. It wont set up or nothing even when it asks you to push F2 or f12 for Bio.

Can anyone help me fix this!?:huh:

Welcome
Press F8 on boot, which gets you to safe mode. In safe mode go to system restore and go back to a time prior to the install.

Here is the deal it just goes straight to bios. It wont let me use F8 on startup. It just makes a clicking noise when I touch it.

Okay check this out, we were able to finally get into safe mode and do a restore point. Now through it is like super slow... So man am trying to free it up by running Malware bytes

In addition to what Richard has said, I would suggest you to run the hardware diagnostics and check the hardware functionality.

Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action.
