My Whole Folder for User is gone

Like when you go into your C drive, it's not there anymore. it usually should say users or something right?

How do i fix that?

Hello TTO, and welcome to Vista Forums.

It may have been hidden by mistake. Check using step 4 in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below to unhide all hidden files to see if C:\Users shows up afterwards as a faded folder.

If it does, then see if doing step 6 in the tutorial below with the command below will unhide (unfade) the Users folder.

ATTRIB -H "C:\Users" /S /D

If so, then do step 3 and 5 in the first tutorial above to have your hidden files not show anymore again.

ok would this work?
I did option 2, step 2..after i saw it was not hiding anymore

1. Right click the "Users" Folder
2. Click Properties
3. I unchecked the "hidden" under Attributes

I'll provide some SS to show what I'm talking about.

I already did this, and i think it worked....but I'm not sure though.

Just for FYI, you could upload and attach your screenshots directly here instead for them to work better.

I can't tell from your screenshots, but if the Users folder is no longer faded, then it's not hidden any more. If it is, then use the command option I posted above to see if it may be able to unhide it instead.
