Hi Admins and Mods,

how does a person start or reply to posts as a guest?
I have noticed that many have a condicending tone to their answer or statement.

maybe I'm too sensitive:o

It seems many people here are new to this forum ( inc myself ) and it's hard to find a forum that has great answers and the ability to help others like this one.

I have given this site to over 100 associates and they too find it amazing

delete this post if i'm out of line

Hello pacinitaly,

It sounds like you crossed the border into the news groups which are, as the warning says a part of a public usenet newsgroup that is mirrored and filtered here at our forum, and not actually a part of it.
There are some very nice characters on these forums, as you have noticed. I tend to stay away from the newsgroups. :)

I hope this helps

yeah i find these forums very good in that respect , if somebody dissagrees or has a differant opinion its put forward in a polite manner , after all we all make mistakes sometimes dont we or our information might be off a little , but you dont need to hear "where the hell did you get that from you noob" ;)

Its good here. I think its because were all too old to argue personally but thats just my opinion ;) ;)

It is said that those who go bald at the front of the head are thinkers. Those who go bald at the back are intelligent.

Those who go bald all over only think they're intelligent ;)

My husbands one of the lucky ones with a full head of hair still, OK it's grey, well more white than grey and on the long side and he has the beard and moustache to go with it :p

And yes you do need a thick skin if you want to venture into the newsgroups, I frequent quite a few of them ;)
