Need a HP Pavilion dv2913cl Windows Vista Recovery Disc

I recently bought a HP Pavilion dv2913cl Laptop off eBay and it came with Windows 10 installed and I wanted to restore this back to Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit HP OEM, but the previous owner had replaced the hard drive so the recovery partition is gone and there are no recovery discs I can find on internet archive for this laptop. Is there anybody that has recovery discs for this laptop and if you do, can you upload it to internet archive so I can download the recovery discs?

I doubt that you will ever find what you’re looking for. HP did not provide recovery discs with new PCs in those days, although users could burn their own. (I had an HP tower from November 2007 which is no longer working, although its specifications are still posted here.) So you’re looking for someone who owned the same laptop, burned a recovery disc even though it had a recovery partition, still has the disc 18-19 years later even though virtually no one is running Vista anymore, and is willing to upload it so you can avoid the difficulties of a clean install using a Windows Vista ISO. Even if you found such a person, their old DVD-R might turn out to be corrupt. 😕
