Need drivers for webcam

I have this webcam:

0.3MP Driver-Free Digital Webcam w/ Built-in Microphone& Clip CWC-94237 - TinyDeal

I connected it to my PC, but it is coming up as an unknown device. Any ideas on how I can get Vista to install a driver for this?

Vista is not on the list of supported operating systems so perhaps there is an incompatibility. I would return it and get something better by a more reputable company.
