Need help

Generally this problem happens with MS office. Lots of person suffering through this problem, but fixing this problem varries upon computer to computer. So can't say that if a particular system is fixed by one method another would be with the similar solution.

by the way i will ask other expert to see your problem. just have patience and wait.

Hello Arvinwebb good advice.

I think you should run a full up-dated virus scan using your security.

I would download and run a full scan using malwarebytes, free version heres the link, so we can rule out those possibilitys.

Have you tried to do a sfc scan by using the forum tutorial if not would ask that you do that, I will send you the tutorial.

If you are able to do this scan, after the scan is done if there are any erros then run the scan 3 mores times as it repairs more each time it is run...

Just go to the event viewer and open this error and post here a full copy of the error, so we can see what else is there.

To open Event viewer- open Control Panel - then click Administrative Tools - and select Event Viewer from there.

I think these are right.

This software has an authorization code (which I have, I have all the numbers required). I think that what might be at the bottom of this.
