Yes definately!!! I could'nt be happier despite having a few questions that I can't find answers to in the manuals. But this is normal for everyone I guess
Talking of questions, I have one about the Mouse, when I unpacked it it had two small round silver looking disks on the base that are magnetic, I do not know what I need or would use these for, any ideas?
I can't put a screenshot up as I don't have the neccessary equipment
But earlier in this thread I did mention something that I read on the Logitech website about replacing the feet, maybe this is what they are, but it did'nt say what you would need them for........I might be very dense but I honestly do not know
Well I happen to know that they are'nt, yes there are weights which came in a neat little box small enough to put in your pocket, like a tin box that you might have a few smokes in and G9 on the lid, very neat and in that box are indeed weights, not that I would need them, as I tend to use the mouse as is, but I may give them a try at somepoint
These other things are little disks one was attached to the bottom of the mouse and I have now gone and lost the other one!! I hope they are not needed thats all I can say
J&H, found this on their site that might help you, then again... it may not!
Control
MicroGear™ Precision Scroll Wheel: Use Logitech’s exclusive MicroGear™ scrolling technology for precise, click-to-click scrolling—perfect for quick weapon selection. Or switch modes for frictionless, hyper-fast scrolling.
Adjustable sensitivity: Shift from pixel-precise targeting to lightning-fast maneuvers without pausing the action. The G9 gives you instant access to multiple sensitivity levels between 200 and 3200 dpi, without driver installation.
Weight tuning system:Prefer a heavier or lighter mouse? Use the weight cartridge and up to 28 grams of metal weights to customize your G9 for just the right feel.
Polytetrafluoroethylene feet: Super-slick feet glide effortlessly across almost any surface.
Very sophisticated piece of equipment for sure, ugly as sin if you ask me but, I may have to take another look at if if and when my G7 starts to give me problems
Thank you both, at least they as you say are not shown, so I'll relax now :D
So the feet are the two strips either end of the mouse, I take it the reason why they say you can replace them is because they wear out? thats a pain then as I have no means in which to get them from Logitech (long story) so if they wear out my G9 will have had its chips I did'nt think this through enough, what a plonker!!!
