Solved NOD32 Won't Update!

Hey everyone! :D
Yesterday a NOD32 notification popped up telling me that it needed updating, so i clicked it and clicked the update button.

It looked like it was updating so i left it and when it finished i shut down the pc.

This morning ive turned it on and it still says that it needs to be updated.
Now ive just looked and it says the last sucesfull update was 31/12/2005 23:06:48. When i moved my computer over to the new case everything on the BIOS reset itself.
Could this be the problem?
If it is, how do i remove the last update so i can install one that is this date?

SOLVED!

The date was still wrong, so changed it and left it to update and its all sorted now :D

Go to Advanced mode,log files, in the drop down box, change it from detected threats to Events. Your updates are there.
