Office 2003 to Office 2007

I have the Office 2003 CD with Key ect. installed works;-)

My question can I download the Office 2007, install it over the 2003.
use the key for 2003 on the 2007, or must I buy a new key...

If u have Office 2003 and you have internet facility than u u can upgrade online .
and u need product key for 2007
