Oracle business intelligence not installing in Vista

Hi, Everytime i try to install Oracle BI, it gives the message Error: .net framework 2.0 product is already installed. Cannot proceed with the installation.

Is there any work around?

Set a restore point first then try to remove .net framework and see if the program re-installs

the problem is there no option to remove framework 2.0 in Vista.
