I had pretty decent internet speed before my problem.
I got around a 150 kbps download speed, its okay for me.
But know these past weeks its been 30-20 kbps.
I have At&T internet.
I have a modem and a wireless router.
I have a Motorola AT&T High Speed Internet modem, (I bought this like 2 months ago and its says "high speed internet" but now its not, I used to have a speedstream)
I have a Netgear Router ( bought it like 6 months ago when i still had the speedstream, and i had no problems.)

This is the problem i think is happening.
I suddenly have okay internet speed, im getting good down load speeds, and then its like super slow.
I also noticed when i play online on my video game system i have a poor signal compared to the other players.
ALSO my sister has a ipod and she uses it to connect to the Wifi, i noticed when she uses it my computer speed drops a lot.
This didn't happen before.
This suddenly happened

Computer:
Vista (5-4 years old)
2 gb of ram
HP hard drive

PLEASE HELP ME OUT! TELL ME HOW I CAN FIX THIS!

Yep, i agree with Townsbg, also, you should note, when you are wireless, or you have other users on the wireless network, you are gonna get lag, best for gaming is to be hard wired, with no other users taking bandwidth, you may need to upgrade, which as Townsbg has pointed out , should be you starting point, OR kick the other users off the internet while you are on it .
