hello to u all , please i need your help concerning my vista laptop,please when i start it show always now the message CLED ERROR srv 001 please can u tell me how to solve this problem ,please i am a new , i do not very well , so please explain me the easiest way to do ,is there any program to fix erros like this , without virus and free, thank u ,GOD bless u

Does this come up before, during or after Windows Boots?

I assume it's after Windows boots.

You may want to try a System Restore or a repair install.

If you cant move the mouse press control+shift+escape, this will make the mouse move and open task manager.
