Need Help,
I have laptop with Vista Ultimax64 Business, after the update which was "service pack 1" had to restart, then it gave me black screen, i tried to repair but did not work, then i inserted the recovery disc which i had aside from preinstaled softeware and tried safe mood and restore to previous date , however the only date it shows is the time it updated to service pack1, and after runing the repair and restore system did not work , i had tried this previously few months ago and every thing worked out perfectly, does any one know how to fix this matter and so i can save my data which are very important to me and have not backed them up.
