Solved Power Shell

Somehow I acquired Windows Power Shell. Briefly what is it? Do I need it?

Hello Rickory,

Windows PowerShell is a included feature in Windows 7 now. I'm not sure how you got it in Vista unless you downloaded and installed it from Microsoft. I suppose it's up to you if you need it or not, but you can read more about it to see at the links.

Thanks Shawn, I did read the info data but it's somewhat beyound my skill. I did not download it and have no idea how it got on the computer. I don't see an uninstall for it so until I find the correct way to delete I'll keep it.Thanks Again.

This was installed as kb928439 windows update. FYI
