PowerPoint 2007 pop-up on startup

Ever since I installed PowerPoint a couple of years ago, right after I start it, an almost empty dialog box pops up (it contains only a "-") with an OK button. If I click OK the box closes and everything seems to operate normally. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no success.

It is probably not power point, but and add on.
Try removing as a test

I just checked and there are no add-ins. It's been a while, but I think powerpoint asks for you initials or something right after install and something there did not get entered correctly and this is the result.

If it is uninstalled correctly and then reinstalled the problem should be gone.
Uninstall with with revo
Then use ccleaner to remove any left over remanants.
Then reinistall.

If there was a problem with the initial install that is causing the problems, a correct uninstall should solve it.
