Please see the following thread which addresses error 66A in KB2160841: Error Code 66A.

I believe this provides the answer (and yes, I can understand French to a degree though it's been 30 years since I've spent any time with it). I have no idea if this was what was done or not, but I know the person who posted the answer in that thread and he's very good and I would consider his recommendation either accurate or at the very worst, worth a try.

Hopefully, if someone else views this thread, they'll see that link and have what they need. I see there was a response while I was working on this and it was essentially the same answer as in the above link.

P.S. I found it amusing the French version was posted in response to your question. For the future, try this Bing accelerator to almost immediately do your own translations. Once installed highlight the text you want translated and then click on the blue box and click on Bing Translate and you'll see it in English - it's that easy: Bing Translator - Add-ons Gallery. I didn't need it here, but I've found it handy elsewhere.
