problem with sleep mode

well i had this problem last month.(and its not solved until now)

when i clicked sleep mode, my computer went to "sleep" and i cant turn it on
(at that condition, the power button at the CPU is blinking)

so i decided to restart it

and when i restarted, i can hear the fan moves, but the monitor didnt react and others hardwares too.(the power button is off but i can hear the fan moving) and the computer wont start.

please help me with this, thank you

When you turn it on try hitting f8 repeatedly, its a long shot, but who knows.
