Problem with VGA and Windows Cannot Complete Installation In Safe Mode

Hi to everyone!!

I have a problem and i want to give me your knowledge.
I have a HP laptop with a VGA problem and i reinstall the windows with HP recovery and everything goes right untill to come the starting windows logo. when move to the other step after starting windows that it is to setup the drivers of hardware the screen goes black and i can't see anything even with an external monitor.
I try to put it to safe mode but i take the message that i cannot complete the installation in the safe mode. I do the combination with the shift + f10 key and nothing do in safe mode and i cannot open my pc now and i can't disable the VGA card too i don't boot to windows.
Any ideas with that? i appreciate to help me.

IS the video card an add-on (PCI or PCI-E)? If yes, does the computer have an onboard video connection? If yes, remove the add-on video card and use the onboard until you can load the driver for it after install completes.

It is a laptop show it isn't PCI or PCI-E VGA. It is an AMD chip on the motherboard but it has an the Intel graphics cards and works perfect. When i disabled the AMD VGA when i restart the windows re-installing again an i have the same problem...blank screen. I have Windows 7 home premium x64 so i can't disable the automated installing drives from Local Group Policy.

Sorry, I missed it being a laptop.

What is the complete model number of the HP Laptop?

One suggestion to try.

Disconnect everything from the laptop, no external connections of any kind (no external mouse, use the touchpad).
Boot to BIOS setup and load Defaults. Save and exit. See if the recovery works any better.

The model of the laptop is HP G62.
If I do the recovery then I have problem to finalise the windows with the vga drivers.

Using the built-in recovery should have the right driver. Did you by any chance replace the system board?

The model is G62-a12EV.
If I use the recovery then when installing the vga driver I have blank screen again.

The built-in Recovery Partition you are doing the recovery from should have the correct driver for Windows 7 for your AMD Graphics device.
It sounds to me like the AMD video chip is defective.

Try a bootable CD/DVD/Flash drive, see what the laptop does then:
