I used to be able to just plug a camera photo memory card into a slot in my printer and see the photos via a mapped network drive (Z: ) on my laptop (my laptop and printer communicate over wi-fi). I can still print over the wi-fi network, but the mapped network drive disappeared a couple of days ago. If I try to map it again it asks me for a username and password, but the printer has no username or password (I tried my laptop username and password but it didn't work).
I contacted Epson, but they just said it must be a microsoft problem. Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this. Any diagnostic commands to try?
