You can also try this:because TrustedInstaller is already fixed try install hotfixes not from Windows updates but from Microsoft Download Center standalone versions http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx

If you can't install in normal mode try in safe mode.

When you will finish scan as I said earlier try install hotfixes standalone versions from Microsoft Download Center in safe mode - if that also fail attache to post logs what I asked you before.I'll diagnose them tomorrow.

My Computer

okay ill tray thx for the help Flavius so fare :)
It won't be easy as I thought  -unfortunately many hotfixes require Windows Update enabled even standalone versions (but this service is disabled in safe mode) -excluded from this rule are for example service packs standalone versions -if you have trouble with installing any SP (SP1 or SP2) obligatary try install them in safe mode -for remains hotfixes try below in normal mode:

1.Stop service Windows Update (but not disable) and delete folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
2.Install hotfixes from Microsoft Download Center

Try also alternative tool Offline Update from this link http://www.technize.com/2009/05/31/...t-using-microsoft-update-site/comment-page-1/
