Program Problems

Ok, so every now and then, ill dbl click on an item, and it will display the loading cursor on the screen/window that id did so on, but not run the program. also, in the processes, it wont let me end them, because access is denied .

Try a couple of things,
try from an administrators account
try to right click and then run as administrator.

I am currently the admin, and i think it might have something to do with the AUC lagging or something, im going to try turning it off if i remember how
