QUESTION ABOUT DOS (command line)

Hello!

I want to edit the file that DOS executes automatically when it opens. I tried putting my commands in C:\autoexec.bat and C:\Windows\System32\autoexec.nt. After rebooting, the commands still weren't executed when I open command line.

Where is the file that DOS reads commands from automatically when it starts???

This was done away with in Vista. Windows now boots from the BCD and you'll have to learn to edit the BCD (Boot Configuration Data).
