the spd on Kingston show that it is running on 1,8volts on 200MHz 266MHz and 333MHz even though I choose 2volts in the bios I attached screen shot of the spd for the Kingston kit

No offense, but IIRC, that page shows what the SPD values *are* - not what you are actually *running*.
It's reading those SPD values directly off the RAM, and these are the values that would be used if the BIOS were set to auto for those settings.
That is not a real time Voltage/ because there is no way your RAM can run at 3 different speeds simultaneously....

 I´ll try to decrease volts to 1,8 and try with all 4GB ok. Let's go back to what was working last. Enter in 2 volts. reboot with 3 sticks. Make sure the 3 work at least as well as they did a few posts up when you were at 400MHz. Try 4 sticks. When that doesn't work, go back to 3 while you do research on those MSI links I gave.
