Ok, so I've read all the threads here that delas with Realtek audio problems, but none of them seem to solve my problem.
So here we go: None of the drivers on Realteks site works. When I download and install them I just get a overcrossed speaker symbol. It says: No audio device installed. But in the control panel it says it is installed and working correctly. And yes, I have uninstalled any previous drivers and restarted my computer.
However, if I use the drivers on the CD that came with my motherboard, I can get the audio to work. But when I plug something in on the front, like headphones for example, a popup says something like: This driver is not designed for Windows Vista, please visit Realtek to install the correct driver.
Also, there is also a problem with the driver on the CD. With it installed, the audio works only 2 times out of 3 when I boot my computer. Extremely annoying.
Please help!
