red x instead of pictures

i use Vista 64-bit and added new user account and when i go to home screen or any site i get a red x where i would normaly see a picture

If this is only in one user account
Set up another account and try

Reset

If it never worked in any account, it could be the server, which is not under your control.

There can be many factors here. My solution would be to check your Internet connection. Have you checked for any updates? Any filters? Back when I was in school pictures wouldn't show up, well that was on XP OS. I'd say its the internet connection
