Just my 2¢
perfmon /report shows that your D: drive is running short of free space. If this is your system recovery partition - that's OK.
Only 581 mB of RAM free (out of 2 gB total). I'd strongly suggest adding more RAM to the system (up to a limit of 4 gB depending on the system's ability to handle it). Check for RAM limitations at
RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com
While waiting to add RAM, I'd suggest:
- trimming your startup items to prevent the loading of non-essential applications
- only running one program at a time.
I'm not in favor of wireless USB adapters, they just have too many problems. I'd suggest getting a wireless card that plugs into the motherboard (or a very long wire)- they are much more powerful, robust, and reliable.
IMO this is starting to look like a hardware problem.
I ran 5 memory dumps from April 2012
There were 2 different BSOD error codes (STOP 0x8E and 0xD1)
There were 5 different causes blamed.
Hardware problems can be:
- broken hardware
- overclocking problems
- compatibility issues
- low-level driver problems
- malware
I'd suggest updating the following software/drivers on your system (uninstall old drivers before installing new drivers):
- nVidia chipset drivers -
NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56 WHQL
- nVidia video drivers -
NVIDIA DRIVERS 296.10 WHQL
- Realtek High Definition Audio drivers -
Realtek
- RaLink Wireless Network drivers (your wireless USB device) - from the manufacturer of your wireless USB device)
- HP Multimedia Keyboard Driver (replace it if you already have the most current) - from the HP support website for your model
Lot's of McAfee in the memory dumps. While this isn't a diagnostic, it would be advisable to check by doing this:
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes:
Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the
McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of
McAfee using this free tool:
http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507
-
IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus, then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.
If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:
http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
