Is there any way to restore the deleted mail for the month of February 2010?

Hi,
If it is still in deleted item, you could organise by date then copy everything for February and restore all of the highlighted ones.

A couple of questions. Is this a home machine with a pop3 email or are you using an Exchange server? Did you do an archive at the end of Feb? If you did an archive just import that month.

Can you please answer Retirednow's questions, and my questions. How did these e-mails get deleted, were they deleted from Deleted Items, the whole Deleted Items folder emptied, the Deleted Items file deleted, or the computer hard disk was formatted? Do you have any backups you could import, extract necessary e-mails and delete?

I've accidentally deleted. I marked and press delete key. The deleted folder is not empty but the mail I wanted is not in there. I did not format my hardi disk. I don't know how to do with your last question.

If you have IMAP mail rather than POP3, it will still be on the website.
It may be in the recycle bin.

If you are using Outlook and have not deleted the emails in the deleted items folder you can go into the deleted items folder, arrange by date, and restore the deleted emails.

On your Outlook, select the folder “deleted items
On the top toolbar click on “tools” then click on “recover deleted items”
Note: If the deleted folder is not selected the “recover deleted items” will appear greyed out
A box will appear with the list all permanent deleted emails
Select the email you want to recover and click on the top icon “recover selected items”
