I would use any standard anti virus. Personally, I use Microsoft Security Essentials.
Download and scan with malwarebyes.
Then use the free one scan online eset scanner. If these are clear you are safe.
If it were me however, I would also use a system restore from a week before you became infected.
Virus cannot get into restore points, but the virus can be on your stuff, which is not changed by restore

I would do all of the above. Now all that being said, if it were really the rickroll virus, it is harmless. It is a prank to piddle you off and guess what, it seems to work. We cannot be sure, however, what it was.
