I started the Vista computer and after the desktop appeared I clicked on the snipping tool shortcut in the task bar. Then I checked the Task Manager and I found no evidence of a snipping tool. Then I opened Photoshop, clicked File>New and then typed Ctrl+V to paste in whatever was on the clipboard. Nothing happened. So I think I'll just delete the shortcuts and any references to the snipping tool that's in the Registry.
