Search the forum for my answer to my problem but came up empty handed
Trying to install service pack 1 so that I can upgrade to service pack 2. I installed service pack 1without any problems. However when I go to view the information about my computer under view basic information it does not show service pack 1 installed. Can someone tell me the steps I need to take to:
1. Install service pack 1
2. Verify that it has been installed
3. Upgrade to service pack 2
Thanks in advance for any and all help
