I did not touch any settings, or do anything (that I am aware) Can I get the Log In Screen back??

Internet Explorer. I do log off after each use although (now that I think of it), there was one time a day or 2 ago that my laptop battery popped out, so I did/could not log off. Maybe this had something to do with my losing my sign on screen. The timing seems to be about right.
