Size change problem

Earlier when I played a game on my computer, when I exited all the desktop icons, start menu, icons inside all programs, task bar had all gotten larger. I was able to make the desktop icons to the right size but the spaces is still incorrect. I also tried doing a system restore with no luck. What do I do?

I'm wondering whether the resolution (DPI) changed when you exited your game. Have you checked to see that your DPI settings are the resolution that you originally had? Right-click on your Desktop, select Personalize, and in the left-hand column, go into Adjust font size (DPI). If your setting has changed, reset it, shut down and reboot. Even if it hasn't changed, you might try changing the resolution and rebooting anyway, because sometimes, just the act of rebooting, will correct a problem. After you reboot, go back to the DPI setting, set it back to the one that you originally had, shut down and reboot again. Hopefuuly, the problem will be solved.
