snmpapp.conf

Hi all . . . can anyone tell me what snmpapp.conf is for? In the root directory of my Vista 32 bit Home Premium notebook there is a folder called USR and inside that is a folder called SNMP and then a folder called PERSIST - in other words:
C:\usr\snmp\persist
Inside persist is a file called snmpapp.conf
The contents of this file are:
#
# net-snmp (or ucd-snmp) persistent data file.

# DO NOT STORE CONFIGURATION ENTRIES HERE.
# Please save normal configuration tokens for snmpapp in SNMPCONFPATH/snmpapp.conf.
# Only "createUser" tokens should be placed here by snmpapp administrators.
# (Did I mention: do not edit this file?)

Please note that I can't seem to find a SNMPCONFPATH as is mentioned in this file. I did some preliminary research and found that this might be connected to an Apache server (which I do have for development purposes) but do not run all of the time.

I did delete this folder multiple times, but it returns on reboot. I've run virus scans and spyware scans and it comes up clean . . . I still don't like it since I don't know what it is . . . help?!

About 99% of what I can find on it is about php, not sure why it would just show up on it's own without running something first.
The 1% that wasn't about php, had to do with Kyocera, not sure if it was a phone or what. I don't think anything is wrong with the file being there. The apache connection makes sense, but not sure why it would just show up out of nowhere, unless it only shows up when you run that.

You know, I didn't see anything on Kyocera - but that is it! I was networked to a Kyocera copier/printer - but I'm not anymore. The printer was still in my Printers folder, so I removed the printer and the usr folder . . . and it's gone now. Thanks for your keen research!

Wow, that's odd. My first thought was that what I read about the Kyocera was a fluke or something.
I would've expected it more to do with the Apache server.
Well, keep an eye out for it to come back, and if it doesn't....cool. If it does come back, then it's back to square one.
