I've posted this issue on several sites and NO ONE seems to know the problem. Can someone help me. I am trying to edit this songs information. I right click the media file then click properties then go to details and when I go there I hit remove personal properties and personal information and when I do that it says: "Windows was unable to remove properties from the selected files. Before sharing these files, you should review them for unwanted personal information." This never happended to me before I used to do this all the time. Can someone please tell me what is wrong. Thank you.
