sort email to specific account in windows mail

what needs to be done to have specific emails sorted by account?

Is your e-mail server hosted by another site? You would need them to create a user account for each user and then you have each user log in with username and password to get their mail.

I have created individual accounts but want the emails to be sent to individual folders( one for each account) rather than the common inbox

Setup a To rule and create separate user folders. The To rule would be

If the mail it TO: John Doe move to folder John Doe.
